If 70% of the second tranche was taken up by institutions as I have read and been told then the number of shares coming onto the market from the second tranche might not be as many as you seem to be expecting .I am reluctant to chance selling any at this point in time with a wishful hope of buying them back cheaper.That said,I will happily take advantage in any selling around the 21c level to further increase my holding. RVR is by far the largest holding in both my accounts
