Nope - nothing like that at all dlux - I am just a normal trader and predominantly a L/T trader.
After I received the initial email advising me of the non-payment (and note that they admitted later to part of the confusion being caused by themselves) I tried ringing them from here in Thailand and it rang out so I sent them 4 emails and messages over the next 2 days to contact me but due to real heavy workload on Commsec staff it went past the T+3 before they emailed me back and the muppetts then went the heavy handed route rather then treating a 15 year client (whose made thousands of trades with them with bugger all issues) with a bit of leniancy. I'm really pissed off with them that they conducted themselves the way they did - there was absolutely no need for that type of behaviour at all.
