ok so 6 years between posts, but I thought I might as well answer this cause its a pain in the arse, and it might help someone in the future
I dont know why commsec do it but they leave off the first two zeros. So if your hin is 0012345678 commsec in their wisdom list it as 12345678.
Utterly retarded and unnessisary confusing, they should just add the two extra digits. Not that hard one would think
