Interesting, in this interview with CommSec Peter Coleman seemed balanced & conciliatory, his language about working together, very different to the belligerent arrogance that we saw only a few days ago, certainly a positive.

I wonder whether he has decided that it might be a good idea to change his approach a bit since the attempts at bullying and intimidation weren’t working or winning him any friends in the JV, nor I imagine in Senegal. What better platform to use than CommSec, focussed towards retail investors whose wealth have been affected by the surprisingly below fair value price of the original COP/WPL transaction.

The only way he can redeem his past actions is by (finally) constructively working to achieve resolution to the dispute Including getting the cheque book out and providing appropriate recompense.

I was also impressed that he seems to have introduced a new word onto his vocabulary at 4.50 “existential” I wonder if he has been thinking about whether WPL will have existence in the JV next year?... perhaps he read my post where I talked about the same concepts after all...
