I think I know what happened to me : I must have agreed to switch from Pro Trader to IRESS , that's why the Pro Trader doesn't work anymore. And since I couldn't download the IRESS and didn't manage to speak to technical support after holding 20 minutes , today I'll get a rest from watching my money slowly disappear .
