Bassmann, Go to the Commsec site, enter your account and password. Then click on the "Position Statement" (on the left-hand side) tab then "View Holdings" and you'll see your total holdings. It's the usual settlement time for margin shares and yes, you can sell and re-buy to your heart's content as soon as you have bought the shares.
To see your Total Loan Balance, Unsettled Transactions, Loan Liability and Credit Limit details, click on the "Margin Lending" tab on the left-hand side and all will be revealed!
