You'd think they'd have this sort of thing sorted before announcing they're off to the NASDAQ or at the VERY LEAST be in 'advanced discussions'.

"Preliminary discissions' hardly inspires confidence.

'Hey, let's do this Nasdaqy thingo.'

'How's that going to work?'

'Don't worry we'll sort all that out later'.

'OK, cool and normal.'
