Hi groundzero, I have had nothing but problems for the last 12 months with comsec. I frequently work in the middle of the bush with a sat dish for internet but no mobile phone service. Firstly they wont accept my address as it a locked bag no. in the middle of WA, we get a mail truck (supplies) once a week. Now I cannot receive a netcode to activate my pin no. on my new CDIA account and the other card has been deactivated. I tried ringing about my physical address and gave them the signposted road between two outback stations. No luck there as it is not recognised by Australia Post. My address is LOcked Bag 1, so it is actually signed for and padlocked at either end, but Comsec have a security issue, can you believe that? Sorry about the rant but not happy, any suggestions anyone?
