Hi, Rick, Yeah, got a similar problem identifying myself because I did not have any CBA accounts or a Commsec Mastercard.Also, they wouldnt let me put in my TFN, which was not carried over. So NetBank didnt want to know me at all & told me to take my problems to Commsec. Looking for another online broker in a hurry, lol.
Pugsley, indeed the interest rate sucks, but if our money is "SAFE", why do they emphasise that they are a non-guaranteed entity subsidiary of CBA? Remember, the Gubmint only guarantees certain specified entities.
Kincella, I thought the same & nearly deleted my password. You dont have to wait till Tuesday, mate. You can reach them on 132221 24/7. Of course they may not want to know you either, lol. Unless you had CBA accounts.
