If your Commsec and Automic account details a differing by even one letter (eg. if the registering address when you applied for the shares was St and Commsec uses Street in your address) they won't automatically transfer., and this goes for the name, etc., etc,. as well. You'll need to manually apply within your normal trading platform to have them transferred and it normally takes 2-business days or so. I had three separate investments in FEG and only one of them showed in my trading account because of the error above but will be sorted in the next day or so for the other two.
