Usually well in the money options do not display a bid/ask spread.
I don't deal with Comsec, however if there are no live quotes online, any option broker will almost certainly request a quote from the market markers if you ring the options desk and ask for a quote for your series. You can still trade online (after you find the "midpoint of the spread- and allow a bit of slippage, normally you won't get a mid point price).
