commsec professional trader

Any one with a quick fix for commsec trader pro softwares?
i bought a laptop, vista o.s. I have been trying for a week now to connect to the platform but it won't work. Tried to reset firewall, uninstalling-reinstalling but in vain: error message "failed to start application, please check your network connection"

Mates, i got a day opff tomorrow just to trade and I thought commsec was gonna send me instructions by this evening, Just called them and they couldn't guarrantee a quick response! Please...... could someone who has had same prob help???
