hi ptole, firstly are you on a wireless card if so take it of and connect it to a cable that will probably fix it. i was on a wireless network in my house, i have a desk top and it kept on shutting my pc down right when i was needing to be on line, my girlfreind however had no problems with the wireless even though we were in the same house and online at the same time.i connected back to cable and not one single problem since.secondly when you goe to the commsec site make sure you follow all the instructions on down loading the program and all of its componants, other than that i cant help any more cheers
