I've had all these problems except no.14 - because I haven't used Alerts.

I sent this email to commsec on Wednesday, and resend it every day until I get a response.

subject: appalling performance by commsec protrader platform today

"Hi,

I know the transaction load was unusually large this morning, but I will need some concrete assurance from Commsec that the very poor access to the ASX demonstrated today will be fixed, if I am to continue my trading through Commsec."





Morrison does look appealing, I want the webIress platform, and they seem to offer it, plus the commsec special over $10k trade brokerage rort is absent.
