I too am in constant battle with comsec, regarding PT1 and PT2.

PT2 is a joke, the problems you have listed, is the same that i have experienced.

But at comsec they don't want to know about it, i have sent numerous emails only to receive one response (and that was to my first email).

I use PT1, as it has proven to be more realiable, but does have some mior issues when compared to PT2.

Billions in profit, yet the can't fix a trading platform that was launched 2 years ago.

I guess i might have to tone it down with the complaints, i don't want to get booted without warning.
