I sent an email to [email protected] this morning, with a copy to the CommSec dispute resolution mob. I basically told them about the crap service and the disconnects, and that I considered that it should be MY choice as to whether or not I change to PT2. As it happens, several other apps on my laptop crash after installing the insidious dotNet framework that PT2 requires, so I had to use GoBack to revert. Also, all the silly toolbars and icons that clutter up the charts are awful, and if the toolbars in the charts are turned off, the you also lose the dropdown box into which you type the stock code.
I have a paid subscription to PT, and I've told them if they can't give me good service, then I'm cancelling.
Will be interesting to see if they bother to get back to me ....
