i am a holder of mof but review other stocks in the reit sector,the theme of disappointing guidance and better value elsewhere is the swansong for analysts in the reit sector generally,mof has the same synopsis.
analysts generally appear to assess the at hand fundamentals,no projections on the basis of a change in fundamentals,so it seems analysts are little changed to prior the gfc still populist.
popular stocks are trading at premiums ,the reit sector going forward on present day sp/distributions is probably similarly
overvalued however it is supported by something tangible r/e
and going forward i remain optimistic of dramatic improvement in nta
being average is not very good,i think the reit sector has outstanding long term value and would buy more if funds were available,and will buy more when they become available,
i think they are a bargain in the medium term given the long term value
