Gamblers have to get the money from somewhere, just because they cannot get it from the venue doesn't mean they will just give up and go home.
They will go for stroll around the block and get it from a hole in the wall.
Now this is where it get interesting imho as if there is no hole in the wall within an easy walk they will be stuck using a convenience store or petrol station, where CUS have a large presence, so it might we get less transaction at the venure but pick them up again at the convenisence store/PS so all in all not a loss, just moving the transaction around between machines.

Then if we were to get cashcard in soem way shape of form you could just about say you would be favourite to get there transaction.
