I've been using spreadsheets for years (excel) - different sheet for each company. Very easy. I guess your record keeping may be more detailed and easier???? I record the sales against any parcel of share I sell and colour code the corresponding Buy and Sell with a single colour which depicts the Financial Year for tax purposes.
