Has anyone had this issue with Commsec? Would like to hear from anyone who has via post or message as I recently had a experience where my at market sale order took over 10 minutes to process and I could not cancel. As a result I lost out on 12k+ Worth of profit (If it had processed at exactly the time I had requested it).
Apparantly the ASX requires manual processing sometimes (just like an RBT you can get randomly inspected) and CBA is just doing what is required.
I did see a youtube video of one chap who went to AFCA and Commsec offered him his money, not sure if Commsec would give me such a large sum though lol.
