I called them at 9:45 explaining the situation and was on the front foot from the get go because I've had the exact same situation occur previously. Others get there shares a full day before they show in my account.
Even worse, I wasn't given the 'refresh account option' and was instead spun what i assume was some rubbish about having to contact the registry myself to receive the shares as I don't currently hold any MYG shares.
Another call tomorrow morning perhaps.
