Commsec. Have discussed this with a colleague who uses Commse without any problem. He says you can (as he has) download software from Commsec. and use this for trading. Apparently this by-passes Commsec and you trade directly. He says he has never been affected by these other problems. For what it's worth. (There is a monthly fee for this service but not daunting for any decent trader.)
