commsec t+3 rule

I am new to Commsec and was wondering is it correct policy that Commsec will not allow a client to use
funds from shares sales for other share purchases
till t+3 has passed???

My other broker does not consider this an issue and
allows me to continuously trade while there is money in the trading account regardless of settlement.

It only makes good sense to him as he gets more $-brokerage from me but Commsec seem backwards?
