Someone asked for advice on charting. U can learn pretty much all u wanna know from looking up increblecharts.com.au its a great resource to learn from
The reason I posted the above chart is coz it show a view going back some time with $27 being a good buying area but for the recent developments I have thrown in a fib retracement that says that $26.50 is very possible. I guess I could have put my ling term line at $26.50 and it would look just as plausible so in any case the support areas below $27  eg $26.50 and then if that breaks then the next fib level is about $25.80. anything below this and watch out below to way down at $23.80 or so....
One thing is what I expect to happen and another is what actually happens going forward.

I expect the $26.50 to $27 supper tarea to hold fast simply becos the dividends are good here at this price (logic)
What actually happens is anywones guess and so experience dictates that a top up for a trade should wait for a turn on the trend. At this point the trend is down so I am keeping my powder dry before I top up.

There are numerous negative divergences that indicate that when she turns that $ 29 will be the target (thats where the neg divergences started, eg on elder ray, MCD histograms etc).

When will she turn? Hard to tell, I look for at least 3 days of up trend and a test of support following this to buy in. THis is risky too, cos the 3 up days may well hit the $29 target and no opportunity to buy on any retrace. Solution to this ? Stuffed if I know! Just buy at before the retrace and hope for the best perhaps? Dunno Ha Ha
