Why do I feel it will crash a little bit more?
Because Grant O'Brien is still there.
As long as he is there, this ship will not turn.
He and all his allies are too tightly knit to steer the ship in any other way.
This means there will not be serious change in attitude, behaviour or processes.
This means service will still remain poor because they don't have the guts to change their HR practices.
This means they can't embark on another vision in fear something else will break.
This means they can't change the perception they are expensive and have poor service.
Don't buy this now. I don't know what some others are saying on this forum but the SP is clearly trending downwards and I fail to see anything significant enough to break the trend.
