With 5% div yield and with interest rates at historical low levels and with major seasonality weakness almost complete, it's pretty low risk to me. I reckon we will see a 5% rebound from here over the next 6 weeks leading up to the next divvy.
Once the fy finishes and all that tax loss selling is concluded, the yield chasers will be all over this one.
