I complained about a year ago. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.
Apparently there systems are still being updated but this has been going on since the alt exchange was introduced. Originally they didn't provide visibility at all. Now it is like half pregnant! It is not visible in the watch list but is in the detail. If the last trade through was in Chi-X, you have to be careful where you are looking.
