I use firefox too and i emailed their support about the issue i was having.
Their answer - use IE.
I wrote back saying they should fix it for firefox and that i refuse to use IE due to security concerns..
They then sent me back another email with certain instructions on how to fix it.. for.. IE ofcourse.
So in the end i gave up and just having to live with it.
