As a CBA holder, I feel that this post is valid.
Anyone else been hit with the new security they have introduced, today. I'm now unable to login as the mobile number is out of date, and as for their blurb about a 'dismiss' option - well there is none.
As I say I'm a long term holder, but how many more times can CBA implement badly thought out systems. Tens of millions a year sent on systems and this sort of crap is released into a production environment without even basic testing.
The help line will be on an extended wait tomorrow, again.
IT heads should roll.
