I have called them twice to discuss this, and they kinda vaguely and hesitantly talk about limits and waffle on about different stock types. They usually have to speak to 2-3 other managers to understand themselves. It's weird!

I wanted to know:
a) does anyone else have this problem?
b) do people on other platforms have this problem, or is it CommSec only?

Really appreciate feedback.

you talking to kids out of uni when you call up - most have no idea.

they never traded shares and thought its a good idea to become a broker in 2020 when everyone can buy and sell through their phone............

it was a stupid idea to become a broker 12 years ago when i finished uni, cant imagine who would want to do it now.
