The problem seems to be DNS related. For some reason, the name comsec.com.au intermittantly does not seem to resolve in DNS anymore?
Perhaps they changed the IPs and the ISPs haven't updated properly yet. You could try an ipconfig /flushdns from the command line, but that isn't helping me. Maybe changing DNS servers will help
