Why is it that if i want to place a small order, or a sell order a few cents higher than current trading range, commsec won't allow out stating it is to "keep an orderly market", yet you see similar trades placed by others everyday?
This is from ENX , sell order for 67 shares valued at $1, and sell order at 13c, nearly 1000% above last trade.
