Yeah ... I feel it too.
I rang them yesterday, took 45 minutes to get through.
I reported several issues with PT2 Platinum ....
I suggested high users should have a different phone number to use, and that our feedback, as frequent users, should be deemed valuable.
Nil response so far, even though my email address was double checked .... their Tech department have never responded to either calls or emails in the past ... I expect no change.
My course of sales for BHP keeps returning to a transaction time stamped 10.47:04 ... and my main PT2 window time stamp is 2 hours late showing 10.52 when it is actually12.52 ... arrggghhhh !!
