I had to use morgans as I was too slow transferring my shares. If you have an office near you all you need to do is make an appointment and take your drivers license and medicare card and bank details and they will set up an account. When your certificate arrives they will transfer it into your account. Once that's done you trade or do a broker to broker transfer and use a different broker. IG & CMC cant process the paper share certificate.
