    "Continued delays on the scheduled construction of the Singapore operations"

    Anyone know anything about these "continued delays"?

    As far as I was aware the Singapore plant is on schedule after allowing for the delayed start to construction, the addition of the cogen plant and the adjustment to the construction schedule to place priority on the glycerine refining units.
