A few points its meant for the higher data speeds of broadband ADSL - you shouldnt use it on dial up.
BUT even those with broadband are still reporting lots of errors even at the higher data speeds - comsec protrader is a very problematic piece of software at tiems and etrade pro ( i think) offers much better customer service - they just dont brush you off like comsec or hang up on you while you are on hold.
