If you dont like it - they being so big dont like to give customer support then its your fault etc etc
Try AOTOnline or Etrade. Lots of paperwork but the benefits and lack of losses via "technical glitches" is a longer term benefit.
Lets see if comsec loses customers if they will start to get their act together.
