The extra brokerage aint worth it - it does suck and comsec stick by their assumption it is faultless - yeah right.
If in doubt or annoyed simply switch brokers - etrade and AOTonline are both superior and a customer switch away from the inferior comsec prosucktraded is recommeded in such cases.
