Hey everyone,
Anybody on this thread use commsec as their online broker?
I do and I'm fed up with the amount of downtime on their site... For example, i logged in twice over the weekend and i couldnt use their site becoause every stock code was "invalid" and all my watchlists were"invalid"...has anyone else experienced similiar problems...?
They could at least post a message on their homepage saying: "sorry for any inconvenience caused, but we are experiencing technical problems with the site.." etc, etc. But NOOO... it's bloody useless!!!
Is there anything i can do to report this, cos its just unexceptable and may one day end up costing me $$$!!
