Yet again, you should also know that the IE prepares his reports based on information supplied to him by his employer.................................in this case it was CTP.

So, should we give all of that "Opprobrium" you've made a mention of, to the IE or should we dish it out and point the finger to the BOD and Management.??
I know which way I will lean towards.
