FYI - company response I received this morning following an email I sent last week:

In response to your query please note that under the ASX listing rules we are not permitted to disclose any information that is market sensitive unless it is disclosed to the market as a whole. As you can appreciate we take our obligations under the Listing Rules very seriously. We have already disclosed that we are in close discussions and negotiations with TerryWhite Chemmart, Zest and HPS and there has been no change in this situation that we need to announce to the market at this stage. As negotiations with these EBOS Group companies are finalised we will make appropriate disclosure to the market.
