Because I have done quite a bit of higher maths in my time and that is not how I understand the greater-than operator works on natural numbers.

You've said some pretty stupid and pretty sad stuff here over the years @Sabbath but I think that really ranks up there with your best.

I should also point out that in past years there have been repeated calls from medical authorities for governments and the public to stop trivializing 'flu infections as 'flu is a dangerous and deadly condition and we should be doing more to stop its spread (primarily vaccination and keeping away from work when infected). So the "benign" case you keep wanting to compare covid with is anything but.
