However, in terms of multiple sales, this would still be applicable to Ag IMO.
Large corporate growers can operate many properties over large geographies, in multiple states. Then you have the large corporate feedlots etc, and the big grain handlers (bulk storage sites), port assets, feedmills, container packing plants etc.
So we are not necessarily talking single installations.
