Youbare blinding yourself. There is so so much high grade black thermal coal in so many idling big mines. Why would ever brown coal or costly upgrades gain any favour??
Seriously, and you have to count the emissions of the heat to dry and harden the Coldry.
Nothing is for free once it’s used.
no such thing as waste heat, it got made and it released emissions.
That will be accounted for.
