That great B, well done.
CEO
A new CEO is the first catalyst. Great to hear.
The other catalysts follow naturally like dominos.
Capital
He says not going to the market any time soon for cash.
In one way this is great, as you would think projects are floating them along.
In another way it should be a discussion completely left off the table.
If they need surplus cash they should sell down some of the property assets in a leisurely manner to obtain the best price.
By my calcs they should have about 20m in property alone.
The dividend payment was probably circa 4M, just bonkers a few months on they are even thinking / talking about raising cash.
I bought back in today. I ran a tight stop and dropped out at 18.5, however picked up a larger parcel now.
(for a spec that is)
Plenty of pressure from a bot selling down aggressively and some holders taking losses for the tax year no doubt.
(thus the tight stop)
Today's action was good. (SP leveling out)
The bot is now buying not selling and there is nearly one buyer for ever seller.
(3 sellers for every buyer at one stage)
The ship having a rudder once again is seriously good news.
