I am not sure I prescribe to the thinking "that the market does not get it" i think that the market is smarter than we give it credit. the market runs on timing and speculation, once information is out it becomes discounted very quickly unless it is really really good. its good buying at 20 cents if it gets that low. it also goes to show that the traders come and go with flow of information.
