For me I place zero credibility on what company management/board say "off the record", it's nearly always "pie in the sky" talk and can NEVER be substantiated.
Interesting that RDS chose to inform you of a likely CR @ $1.20, the very same figure that SFR raised $11.5M in July 2009...
