JT, not a day trader either but I get the sense that noone is in the mood now to buy anything with "potential in the future" - so despite whatever news comes out this week or next week (or whenever they decide to announce), the sp reaction will be muted (if its good) - I imagine the next few months will be pretty rough (and wont be surprised if it actually drops below $2 given its already fallen over 50% from its highs this year) - hopefully it will come out the other side but who knows?
