so 2 weeks for PL
and 6 weeks for G to get the flick.
not long to go then, at which time Z will be completely at the helm, and have thrown the clowns overboard.
I have read that institutions would avoid NKP while the circus is still on town.
Will they buy before, or just wait until its done.?
