Here's a category many holders fall under: those who consider exorbitant renumeration, corporate governance shortcomings, and capital management failings should be the subject of legitimate shareholder scrutiny...as uncomfortable as that may be.

No amount of rosy announcements will or should absolve mgmt from basic accountability. Whether they be a startup or blue chip co holders are entitled to expect their hard earned money is spent wisely.

I work 14 hour shifts dealing with a lot of dangerous scumbags just to earn a barely minimum wage so your patronising 'suck it up' won't work with me.
